1. How to request a refund

Write to support@velquroai.com from the address used for the purchase and include:

  • the name of the purchased material;
  • the purchase date;
  • the receipt or order number, if you have one.

2. Receiving the money

How long the money takes to reach your account depends on your bank.

3. Your rights

This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be limited by law. They remain in place, including where the materials were not provided, have material defects, or money was charged by mistake, twice or without your consent.
